A kitchen that serves the party
Quartz waterfall counters, a hand-plastered custom hood, brass pendants, and a FORNO eight-burner range. The pass-through window opens straight onto the backyard bar, so nobody has to leave the conversation.
The backyard everyone remembers
Nine feet of privacy fencing, string lights, a fire feature, bar seating, pavers, gravel — and the swing. It's a yard built for long evenings, not photographs.
Two suites, two ways to live
A vaulted garden suite downstairs with its own evergreen-tile bath and doors to the yard. Upstairs, a primary suite down its own hallway, with a balcony into the tree canopy.
