Our core commitment

We do not sell, rent, or share leads’ phone numbers, mobile opt-in information, or any personal information with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected on this website are used only by ND Residential Group LLC to respond to you about real estate services. This information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number (optional), and your communication preferences.
• Property details you give us: property address, city, timeline, and any notes you include with a home valuation request.
• Technical information: browser/user agent and the date and time of your submission, kept for security and record-keeping.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not collect sensitive categories of personal information.

How we use your information

• To answer your question or prepare the valuation you requested.
• To follow up about buying, selling, or investing in residential real estate — by phone, email, and (only if you opted in) text message.
• To send market updates and neighborhood guides if you subscribed to our email list.
• To keep required records of your consent and our communications.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors strictly to operate our business: a customer relationship manager (Follow Up Boss) to organize inquiries, an email marketing platform (Flodesk) to deliver newsletters you asked for, and hosting/database infrastructure to run this website. These providers process data on our behalf under contract and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. We may also disclose information where required by law or to complete a real estate transaction you have asked us to work on. No sale of personal information takes place.

Text messaging (SMS)

• SMS consent is always optional and is never required to use this site or submit any form.
• Message frequency varies. Msg/data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Your mobile opt-in and phone number are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at nick@ndresidentialgroup.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Email

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from email does not remove you from transaction-related communication about an active engagement.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies and local browser storage needed to make pages work (for example, remembering that you already unlocked a guide). We may use privacy-respecting aggregate analytics to understand which pages are visited. We do not run third-party advertising trackers that sell your data.

Data retention and security

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy real estate record-keeping obligations, then delete them. Data is stored with access controls and encryption in transit.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will change the effective date above and post the revised version at this URL.
