SMS program description

ND Residential Group LLC sends text messages to people who have voluntarily opted in, for real estate services: replying to your inquiry, sharing listing and market information, coordinating showings, and following up on a home valuation request. Messages are sent by ND Residential Group LLC.

Consent is optional

Providing a mobile number and agreeing to receive texts is entirely optional. You are never required to consent to text messages in order to submit a form on this website, receive a home valuation, download a guide, or work with us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and rates

• Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
• Msg/data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network.

How to opt out or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

• You may also unsubscribe from email at any time via the link in any email we send.
